Are you registered in SAM.gov?

Yes, iWoman Digital is registered and active in SAM.gov. Our UEI, CAGE code, and full registration details are available upon request as part of any formal proposal or procurement process.

What certifications do you hold?

iWoman Digital holds WOSB (Women-Owned Small Business) certification through the SBA, MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) certification through NMSDC, NYC M/WBE certification, and DBE certification. We are actively pursuing our GSA Schedule listing. Full certification documentation is available for procurement files.

Can you serve as a subcontractor?

Absolutely. We regularly serve as digital marketing subcontractors to larger prime contractors who need to demonstrate small business utilization, WOSB/MBE teaming, or who simply require specialized digital marketing capability on their team. We're experienced with teaming agreements, flow-down provisions, and subcontractor reporting requirements.

What is your typical project minimum?

We work with a range of contract sizes. For standalone engagements, we typically work with projects starting at $25,000. For task orders under existing IDIQ vehicles, minimums may differ. We encourage all agencies to reach out regardless of project size — we can often accommodate smaller scopes as part of a phased or pilot approach.

Do you work outside of New York?

Yes. While our headquarters and primary media ecosystem is based in New York City, we serve federal agencies and clients across the country. Our digital services are delivered remotely or with on-site personnel as required, and we have delivered campaigns in over 20 states.

How do you handle content compliance reviews?

We build content compliance review into every project workflow. All public-facing content is reviewed for plain language standards, Section 508 accessibility, legal and policy compliance, and agency brand guidelines before delivery. We work closely with agency communications and legal staff to ensure smooth approval processes.
